Anne Dudek

Anne Louise Dudek was born in America. She is best known for her character of Tiffany Wilson from the 2004 movie White Chicks Danielle Brooks of the USA Network series Covert Affairs and as Dr. Amber Volakis of the Fox show House. Anne Dudek is an American actress, best known for her performance as Tiffany Wilson in the 2004 comedy movie White Chicks. Her other roles include as Dr. Amber Volakis of Fox's House as well as Danielle Brookson of USA Networks Covert Affairs. Dudek is an Massachusetts native who attended Northwestern University. It was there that she got her debut acting role, as Lura Grant, in The Iphigenia Cycle. In New York City, the production was taken off-Broadway where Dudek was awarded the Joseph E. calloway award as well as American Theater Magazine profiled her as a promising young actress to be watched. Dudek was able to land roles on television as well as in films. Matthew Heller, the talented actor and mother-of-two behind a camera was her husband from 2007 to 2016. Dudek was conceived in Boston Massachusetts in 1975 and was raised in Newton. Early in her life, Dudek was a student at Northwestern University and appeared in several stage shows. Dudek's Broadway debut was with Wrong Mountain on Broadway in 2000. She later won the Connecticut Critics Circle Award for her role on The Glass Menagerie. The Book Group: A British Comedy-Drama marked her first appearance in the world of television. In the years since, she has appeared in several guest roles on TV series including Desperate housewives Friends How I Met Your Mother Charmed Bones Six Feet Under and Desperate Housewives. The pilot episode of Psych she appeared as Lucinda, and on Law & Order Criminal Intent a female teacher having a sexual relationship with a male student. Dudek later landed a frequent part on House starting in the fourth season, playing Amber Volakis one of the doctors who are under consideration to Dr. Gregory House for permanent roles on his team. Her character appeared throughout the season, but she was being killed off during the final episode of the series, Heart and Head. In the 5th season episode Saviors, House would have returned later in the episode as a hallucination. This was how she reappeared for the rest seasons. Dudek was later seen in the role of Francine as the neighbor next door on Mad Men and as Alby's antagonistic wife on Big Love. In the year 2010, Dudek became part of the cast on Covert Affairs portraying Danielle Brooks the sister of the central character. Other film roles she has played include Tiffany Wilson (the cruise-line's heir) in White Chicks (2004) and Anthony Hopkins' daughter in The Human Stain.
